Surviving the Holidays Grief Seminar
November 10 from 10am to noon
Enter our Surviving the Holidays Grief Seminar on Saturday, November 10th, which is designed to assist in dealing with the various emotions that are certain to surface during the holiday season. For instance, you might think that this is a time of year to feel happy, but you’re feeling miserable instead. And, what about those holiday traditions – how do you manage those? During those family get-togethers, what do you talk about and what do you say? All of these are often part of the conundrum of being the “survivor” of the loss of a loved one.
There are, of course, no easy answers; but, there are some realistic and practical tips, tactics and strategies that can be discussed, examined and offered. Sue Slusher, will use her expertise as Arlington’s certified Funeral Celebrant to guide and facilitate this two-hour seminar providing important steps along and through the path to sorrow that can accompany the holidays.
If you are struggling or the thought of the upcoming holidays seem particularly hollow, you should consider attending our Surviving the Holidays seminar on November 10 from 10am to noon. To register, simply call 521-7003 or email us at contact@amgardens.org to reserve your seat.
Arlington partners with Grief Share (https://www.griefshare.org/) to provide personal and powerful tools and resources for anyone going through one of life’s most difficult experiences. Join us on November 10 to learn more. You do not have to go through the grieving process alone.
