Bonnie G. (Allgood), (70) of Cincinnati, Ohio went home to be with the Lord, surrounded by her family, on January 24, 2018 after a 3-year battle with multiple myeloma. Bonnie was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on January 24th, 1948 and moved to Cincinnati in 1967.
Bonnie is survived by her mother and stepfather, Eppie and Jerry Rosner; her stepmother, Jean Allgood; her five children Sherri Maines, Jeffrey (Patrick) Coomes, Christopher (Heather Fletcher) Coomes; Bradley Coomes, and Sharron (Luis) Colón; her granddaughter Brittany Coomes; her step-grandchildren Gravel Baehr, Kaden Fletcher and Olivia Colón; her half-brother Billy Allgood; her stepbrother Neal (Nancy) Rosner; and stepsisters Rhonda Ozbirn, Fern Michaelis, and Luella Mann; her brother-in-law Jim (Joyce) Coomes; and several nieces and nephews. Bonnie is predeceased by her husband, Gerald Coomes; her father, William Allgood; her sister-in-law’s Doris White and Martha Coomes, and her stepbrother David Jones.
Bonnie spent her time gardening, bird watching and reading. She never knew a stranger and talked to people wherever she went. Visitation will be on February 3rd from 10am-12pm with a memorial service immediately following at Arlington Memorial Gardens Cemetery 2145 Compton Road Cincinnati, OH 45231.
