Jennifer Wind, age 54, passed away unexpectedly, on June 7, 2020.
Jennifer was born in Cincinnati, OH to Jerry and Wilma Wind. She attended high school at North College Hill and worked as a travel agent for American Express. She loved spending time on her patio with Lumpy and her fur-babies, at the lake and traveling to the Bahamas and Mexico. She was a die-hard Bengals, Reds, and NASCAR fan. Her favorite TV channel was the ID channel.
Jennifer is survived by the love of her life, Kevin Brennan, her father, Jerry Wind, brother, Jeff and sister-in-law Bridget Wind, nephew, JD Wind, nieces, Kayla (Rob Neace) Wind and Karly (Tim Slattery) Wind, great-nephews, Braylen, Greyson and Brody, and her furbabies, Bonnie and Clyde. Jennifer is also survived by Myles and Austyn Abt. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend to so many people. She was affectionately known to many as “Aunt Jen” or “Mama Jen”. Family was the center of her world especially her cousins and their children. She will be sorely missed by her girlfriends who were always greeted with “Hi, Friend of Mine”.
To know Jen was to love her. She loved spending time with her B-Dub Family, so much so, that they will be hanging a “Mama Jen” Jersey, in remembrance of her. Next time that you are at BW3’s, at Stonecreek, in Colerain, have a toast to “Mama Jen”.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Wilma Wind, her grandparents, William and Hilda Keller, and Rudolph and Virginia Wind, aunts and uncles; Ronald and Rose Wind, David Wind, Tom Becker, and Larry and Betty Ruter.
Jen’s celebration of life ceremony will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2020.
There will be a Family Memorial (family only please) at 11:30 AM. All are welcome to the Celebration of Life from 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the VFW North College Hill location, located at 8326 Brownsway Ln., Cincinnati, OH 45231.
Food and Drinks will be provided. In addition, there will be a cash bar and food vendors for cash purchase.
We look forward to celebrating Jennifer’s Legacy of Love, together!
Thank you all for your generous contributions!
In lieu of flowers (as Jen hated them), memorial contributions can be made to Jen’s Memorial fund at any 5/3 bank location. Because of Jen’s love for children, memorial contributions will be donated to organizations such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters of America, the American Heart Association and other charities.
