Leonard Paul Engel, age 76, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2022.

Lenny was born in Cincinnati, OH to Daniel and Mildred (nee Zeilman) Engel. He married Victoria Jean Glacken of Cincinnati, Ohio on May 22, 1971. Lenny drove for Harris Motor Express for over 30 years. In his younger years he loved to golf, play softball, travel and spent countless hours working in his yard. Lenny enjoyed attending his children and grandchildren’s sporting events and was a dedicated Pittsburgh Steeler’s fan.

Lenny is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Victoria Jean Engel; children, Leonard Engel Jr., David (Mary) Engel, Michelle (Jared) Wolever; grandchildren, Kenneth McConnell, Corey Zeller, Abigail Chapman, Emma Engel, Hannah Best and Riley Engel; 4 great-grandchildren. Lenny also leaves behind extended relatives including his beloved aunt, Edna Young; brothers and sisters-in-law, Maggii (Tony) Lukemire, Sharon Rodriquez, Charles Glacken, Eddie (Mary) Glacken and Kevin (Kim) Rientjes as well as other family and friends. Lenny will be greatly missed by his furbaby, Archie.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and daughter, Julia Chapman; sisters-in-law June Casto, Debbie Thomas and Dianna Unwin as well as brother-in-law Joe Rodriquez.

Visitation will be held Saturday, January 15, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM when the services will begin, at The Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 2155 Compton Road, 45231. Once on the grounds of the memorial park, turn left and follow the light blue line to the funeral home.
