Randy introduced to and taught me all the fundamentals in the Plastic Recycling field. He was my mentor. Randy and I ate lunch together for years and discussed faith, family, life and politics. I have known him since 1999. From the day that I met him until the my most recent conversation maybe 3 months ago, Randy doted on his family. From Diane’s teaching career, to each of his kids, their careers and their significant others. He had recently told me how proud he was of Diane’s involvement in her Church ministries and life. Despite our age difference, Randy was my detention buddy (as my daughter calls it), and liked to laugh and cause a little mischief together. He always had a joke or a positive thing to say, and I will miss that man a lot. God bless you Randy. To his family, I wish you peace in his passing and nothing but great memories. “How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.” – AA Milne
