Lakeside Chapel

The Arlington Lakeside Chapel & Mausoleum was built in 1987 to accommodate the increasing preference for above-ground entombment as an alternative to ground burial. The Chapel is distinguished by its marble and mahogany décor, the great stained glass window, and the comfort it provides for meditation and reflection. The Chapel can be utilized as one large chapel or subdivided into three smaller chapels.

Within the Lakeside Chapel, and as an additional alternative for those who prefer cremation, the Columbarium of the Four Apostles provides marble, bronze, and glass-front niches in an area that offers all of the benefits of the more traditional entombment. While serene and dignified, the Columbarium of the Four Apostles adds an element of privacy for visitors, family, and friends.
The Lakeside Chapel is open for visitation from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM daily and by special request.

Community Room & Reception Center

Located in the Administration Center, the Community Room and Reception Center is a gathering place for before or after the funeral and/or committal services. The purpose of these gatherings is to share memories of the deceased, add comfort to the mourning family, and provide hospitality to those who may have traveled some distance to attend the funeral.

With the catered services offered through Arlington, you don’t need to find an outside caterer, schedule more appointments to plan your menu, and find time to shop for food and beverages for your guests. We can arrange it all for you.

The Reception Center is also available for civic, and social meetings, or other functions.

Gardens of Arlington

Arlington encompasses 165 acres and is divided into 30 individually unique gardens featuring Christianity, patriotism, and world peace themes. Incorporated into each garden are inspiring sculpted memorials by renowned artists Dominic Zappia and Aldo Buttini executed in marble or granite, symbolizing Arlington’s permanent and enduring beauty and a mausoleum complex is a fixture on the south side of Arlington Lake.
