TIMOTHY DAVID “TIM” SPREEN, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on August 13, 2025. He was born in Ohio on May 8, 1961, to his parents David Spreen and Elaine (Ellerhorst) McSurdy.

Tim was a man of many talents and interests. He enjoyed the outdoors and was remembered for being a resourceful and adventurous spirit. He even gained the prestigious accolade of becoming an Eagle Scout and always forged a life of determination. After spending some of his life in Ohio, he eventually moved to Tucson, Arizona to become the caretaker for both of his parents. Tim will be deeply missed by those who knew him.

Tim is survived by his siblings Deborah Garza, Craig (Danielle) McSurdy, Lisa (Chris) Connelly, and Jeffery Spreen. A memorial visitation will be held in conjuncture with his mother, Elaine McSurdy’s, services on Sunday December 28, 2025, from 2-4pm with a memorial ceremony beginning at 4:00. A reception will follow at The Landing at Littleton & Rue after the service.
