Matthew John Werling, born on August 13, 1997, in Glendale, Arizona, passed away on May 19, 2026, at the age of 28.
Matthew was the beloved son of Timothy and Janet Werling. He is survived by his loving family, including his cherished sister Marisa Werling and niece Sabrina Combs, as well as his dear grandfather John Rees and grandmother Charlotte Rees. He is further survived by uncles David (Angi) Rees, James (Lois) Werling, and Daniel (Kathy) Werling, aunt Shannon Werling, and a host of cousins including Lauren, James Jr., Douglas (Melissa), Joseph, Maxwell, Jen-Vivian, and Samantha Rees.
Matthew was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edna Werling, Diane Werling, and James Werling.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Matthew was much loved and will be missed.
