Christopher Andrew Litzinger

Christopher Andrew Litzinger passed away on May 18, 2026, at the age of 46. Born on April 13, 1980, in Cincinnati, Ohio to William and Carol Litzinger.

Chris was a man of simple pleasures and deep connections. He cherished moments spent with friends and family, often enjoying leisurely days by the water for a fishing expedition or engaging in spirited card games. He also was an avid golfer in his younger years. Music was a significant part of Chris’s life; whether listening to his favorite tunes or picking up an instrument himself, he found joy in sharing melodies with others.

Chris is survived by his loving wife, Kelli Litzinger, his father-in-law, Dan Bowersox, mother-in-law, Bonnie Bowersox, and sister-in-law, Kami Bowersox. Chris will be missed deeply by his siblings, Tom (Shellie) Litzinger, Peggy (Stan) Wolterman, and Jeff Litzinger, as well as his cherished nieces and nephews: AJ (Hilary) Litzinger, Ariel (Ryan) Hemphill, Chelsey Wolterman, Blake (Maddie) Litzinger, Garrett Litzinger, and Gabrielle Litzinger.


Christopher was preceded in death by his parents, William and Carol Litzinger.

A celebration of life honoring Christopher will be held on Saturday, June 20th, 2026 at 2:00pm at American Legion Post 513, 7947 Hamilton Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45231.
