Jolene Douglass Pearson, 78, passed away on November 16, 2022 after a courageous battle with cancer. Jolene was born August 7, 1944 in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of Joseph and Helen (nee Shrock) Douglass. After graduating from Lakewood High School in Cleveland, Jolene obtained her BSRN degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.

Jolene is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Ronald Lee Pearson, and devoted children Scott (Angela) Pearson, and Kristy (Peter) Krier. Jolene was the cherished grandmother (“Ga”) of Jacob Krier, Olivia Pearson, Ethan Krier, and Alexis Pearson. She is preceded in death by her loving sister Vivien (Ronald) Strauss.
She enjoyed family trips to the Outer Banks in North Carolina, dinner trips to the Valley Vinyards Winery in Morrow, Ohio, and especially loved attending the various athletic, and academic events that her children and grandchildren participated in. She was a longtime, faithful member of Faith Lutheran Church where she volunteered her time for many years. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends.
