William H. “Bill” Thompson

William H. (Bill) Thompson born on May 9, 1930, died on January 6, 2023, at the age of 92.

Beloved husband of Mary Lou Thompson (nee Humphreys) for 69 1/2 years. Loving father of Martha Ann Williams and Douglas (Crystal) Thompson. Grandfather of James Thompson, Robert Williams, Sarah Williams, Grace Marie Thompson and William Thompson. Loving great-grandfather of Corteny, Natalie, Gavin, Carter, Madalynn, Cate, Juliana and Brayden.

Graduate of Case Institute of Technology in Cleveland, Ohio. Served in Navy Reserve. Dedicated Career working for General Electric Aviation for 43 years, the last 25 years in aircraft engines, flight safety, and investigating crashes.

Visitation will be held Saturday, January 14, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Northwest Community Church, 8735 Cheviot Road, 45251.

Services for William H. (Bill) Thompson will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Northwest Community Church with Reverend Jim Brazell, officiating. Burial will take place on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 12:00 noon at Arlington Memorial Gardens, 2145 Compton Road, 45231.
