Dolores Ann Kemble (nee Hillebrand), 86, passed peacefully from this world on Friday, May 26, 2023.

Dolores, or Dee, was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, on September 27, 1936. The second of seven children born to Walter and Evelyn (Kelsch) Hillebrand, she attended St. Cecilia’s grade school and St. Mary’s High School. In 1960, she married Joseph L. Kemble and they moved to North College Hill and then to Groesbeck, where she was an active member of St. Ann Parish.

Dolores worked at Union Central Life Insurance in the cafeteria for many years, beginning in the 1970s. She was known for “putting the coffee on” for the employees on the Forest Park campus early each morning.  In their later years, Dolores and her husband lived at Llanfair Retirement Community in College Hill and joined St. Clare Parish.

Dolores was preceded in death by her mother and father, her sister Elizabeth (Betty Jo), and her husband of 54 years, Joseph L. Kemble. She is survived by her three children, Julie Borths (Robert), Richard Kemble (Beth) and Karen McIntire (Troy); six grandchildren, Matthew and Joshua Borths and Abbie, Hannah, Alexis and Sophie Kemble; a great-grandson and her siblings, Sr. Mary Evelyn Hillebrand, RSM, and Donald, John, Robert and Paul Hillebrand.

Visitation will be held at St. Clare Church, 1443 Cedar Ave., Cincinnati, 45224 on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 from 9:30 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM.  The Mass will be livestreamed.
