Trevor Matthew Jacobs

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Trevor Matthew Jacobs, age 30, who peacefully left us surrounded by his loving family on September 25, 2024, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Born on February 24, 1994, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Trevor was a fitness enthusiast, finding solace in activities like working out in the gym, walking in the park, and cycling.

A graduate of Milford High School, Trevor possessed an infectious enthusiasm for life, always seeking new experiences, meeting new people, and bringing joy wherever he went. Many opportunities took him on adventures around the world.

He leaves behind his grieving parents, Dwayne and Barbara Jacobs, his sister Brittany (Nathan) Meyer, his brother Taylor (KC) Jacobs, his grandparents, Robert and Diane Bottom, and Juanita Jacobs, along with many extended family and friends. Trevor cherished every moment spent with his family and friends. His spirit will be deeply missed. Trevor will live on in the hearts of everyone he touched.

Trevor was preceded in death by his grandparents Linda Nickol and William Jacobs.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 10th, 2024, from 10:00 AM until services begin at 12:00 noon, at the Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 2155 Compton Road, 45231. Once on the grounds of the memorial park turn LEFT and follow the BLUE line to the funeral home.

Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.

In honoring Trevor’s wishes, his remains will be laid to rest in a burial ceremony. Your presence and support are deeply appreciated by the Jacobs family in this time of mourning.
