Join The Team – become part of the proud Arlington Grounds Team that creates and maintains the beauty of the memorial park. Tasks include all aspects of grounds maintenance, including mowing & trimming, horticultural work, burial set-ups, and other customer service-related activities.

We are actively hiring and growing our grounds team. This is a full-time position with paid holidays as part of the package. Hours are 7:30 to 4:00 M-F

Join Our Security Team at Arlington Memorial Gardens

Are you retired and looking for a flexible part-time job where you can make a meaningful difference? Arlington Memorial Gardens seeks friendly and reliable individuals to join our Security Team, working 16–24 hours per week at an hourly rate of $15 – 18.

Our Security Agents play a vital role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for visitors. This isn’t just a job – we help families honor their loved ones that make a difference in our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Campus Patrols: Ensure the grounds and facilities are safe and secure during first and second shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Lead Committal Services: Guide families to committal sites with care and professionalism on weekdays and Saturdays.
  • Visitor Assistance: Interact with guests, answer questions, and help them locate loved ones’ gravesites or fulfill other requests.
  • Public Relations: Represent Arlington as a kind and helpful presence, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits our beautiful memorial park.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A people-person who enjoys meaningful interaction with visitors.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to assist guests with various needs.
  • Dependability and a commitment to safety, awareness, and excellent customer service.
