Arlington Celebrates Lauren Christakos ICCFA Graduation

We are proud to announce that our Family Care Advisor, Lauren Christakos, has completed her fourth and final year at the International Cemetery, Cremation & Funeral Association (ICCFA) University.
ICCFA University is an intensive, immersive educational program that brings together professionals from across the death care industry to deepen their knowledge, sharpen their skills, and enhance their service to families. Each year, students participate in a week-long residential program led by industry leaders, discussing the latest strategies, best practices, and innovations in cemetery, funeral, and cremation care.
Lauren has finished a demanding program that covers four specialized Colleges within ICCFAU.
- The College of Sales & Marketing
- The College of Cremation Services
- The College of Leadership, Management & Administration
- The College of Funeral Home Management
Completing all four years is a significant achievement that demonstrates Lauren’s commitment to growth, excellence, and providing caring service. Her success not only improves her skills but also enhances the quality of care we provide to every family. With her increased expertise and industry knowledge, Lauren is even better equipped to support families through life’s toughest moments with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
Reflecting on her experience, Lauren said, “Being part of ICCFA University has not only deepened my knowledge but has also connected me with peers and mentors who inspire me to keep growing in this work I love. It’s helped me better understand how to support families in a way that truly honors their needs and values.”
