The Arlington Memorial Gardens is grateful for the opportunity to once again honor our Military and First Responders with our 8th Annual Field of Memories, a patriotic exhibition of 1000 flags displayed over 10 acres of the Arlington campus that is adjacent to the Ronald Reagan Highway in Springfield Township.

While this patriotic display is especially poignant for honoring our Military and First Responders, it’s a patriotic tribute open to honoring a notable individual in YOUR life. The 3’x5’ flags, mounted atop 6’ poles, will rise and remain in place 24 hours a day during the Memorial Day weekend. The result is a stunning reminder of the true meaning of Memorial Day.

Each flag will carry the name of the honoree and will be adorned with distinctive colors of ribbons indicative of the honoree’s status: a person serving on active duty, a Veteran, a First Responder, a public servant, a special someone interred at Arlington, and those killed in action.

All net proceeds generated from the sale of flag tributes will be donated to Operation Ramp It Up, a non-profit organization dedicated to installing wheelchair/mobility ramps for disabled veterans.

We are excited to announce we will host our Commemorate & Celebrate on Friday evening, 5/26/23, which includes a concert featuring BlueStone Ivory and a fireworks display. Additional details will be made available soon.
