Carol L. Madaris

Ms. Carol Madaris, age 62, passed away on June 8, 2023.

Carol was born in Cincinnati, OH to James Madaris and Lena Madaris.

Carol earned her master’s degree in organic chemistry from Tuskegee University, she earned her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Jarvis Christian College. She will be remembered for her love of Pepsi, books, and her sharp wit. Carol was also known for her fashion sense, and she loved to dance.

Carol is survived by Lena Madaris (Mother), Gwendolyn Madaris (Sister), Daryl Madaris (Brother), Clyde Madaris (Brother), Donielle Madaris (Sister), Eric Madaris (Brother), Edward (Betty) Cook (Uncle), and Mae Catherine Taylor (Aunt). She is also survived by Kimberly (Dewayne) Davis (Niece), Marcus (Adilenia) Madaris (Nephew), Mark (Nadege) Madaris (Nephew), Dorrell (Pershana) Madaris (Nephew), Damen Madaris (Nephew), Dedra Daniels (Neice), Culley (Naomi) Madaris (Nephew), Rasheida Stallworth (Niece), Juanita Madaris (Niece). She is also survived by additional nieces and nephews along with a host of great nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by father, James Madaris, brothers, James Madaris Jr. and Maurice Madaris.

She will be truly missed by all who knew her and loved her.
