A DEATH
HAS OCCURRED
Daniel Ryan, age 71, passed away on June 22, 2023.
Daniel was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Arthur Ryan and Margaret Ryan (nee McWhorter).
Daniel is survived by his daughters, Ashley (Joey Burnett) Ryan and Daniele Ryan, his grandchildren, Makayla, Aubrie, Bentley, Kamden, Cadence, and Ryan, his siblings, Steve (Sandy) Ryan, Sue (Don) Elam, and Debbie (Rick) Driehaus, his niece Kelley Crouch and nephews, Scott Ryan, Shawn Ryan, and Jeff Elam.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Beautiful, selfless soul. Family was everything to Danny. He was an incredibly loving dad to his two surviving daughters and amazingly proud papaw to his 6 grandchildren. A best friend to all walks of life and never knew a stranger he was unwilling to help. Danny never complained or asked for help, while raising his two girls on his own. While never getting rid of Ashley she stayed right up his ass, just an incredible father/daughter bond. He really enjoyed sitting outside with his dog Coco and cleaning his car.
He had a true love for Florida, especially Sanibel Island and Captiva. He had endless stories and adventures. The many many stories he had over his lifetime showed he lived life to the fullest. Never a dull moment for Danny. No matter the circumstance, you’d always leave with a story of something funny or crazy. He would make you laugh until you cried. Truly a one-of-a-kind soul, someone you’re lucky to meet and will never forget. There is so much more that should be said, but in the end what he did was make our world brighter. Love you forever and always.

“Dan was one of my best childhood friends as he lived across the street on Malaer Dr. we did a lot together from 5 to 15 years old. Very sorry to hear of his passing. Unable to attend services due to out of town thru weekend. Often thought of all the kids of the time from Malaer Dr. that all played together in the woods behind the Ryan’s house , Great memories from the 1960’s. His first car dark blue Chevy Corvair. 😰🥰😊🇺🇸”
