Deborah Ann Thomas, a beloved resident of Tucson, AZ, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2023, at the age of 67. Born on February 21, 1956, she was the cherished daughter of her late parents, Robert and Dorothy Bauer.

Debbie will forever be remembered for her unwavering love and dedication to her family. She found immense joy in the presence of her son Bill and took great pride in being a supportive and caring mother. Her granddaughters, Tiffany and Nicole, held a special place in her heart, and she cherished every moment she spent with them. Her sister Mel was her best and closest friend. They share many wonderful memories of ballgames, museums, zoos, and other adventures.

Throughout her life, Debbie exuded a youthful spirit and brought laughter and joy to those around her. She was an avid supporter of the Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Bengals, and Arizona Diamond Backs always cheering them on with unwavering enthusiasm. She also found great pleasure in participating in bowling leagues and engaging in competitive card games with her loved ones.

Debbie’swarm and gentle nature left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be deeply missed but will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

She is survived by her son, Bill (Sandy) Thomas, granddaughters Tiffany and Nicole, sister Melverna (John) Galloska, and cousins Pete and Rhonda Beck. She is also survived by her beloved pet, Phineas.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Bob Bauer.

Deborah will be having a private graveside service with those closest to her. Her family will have a celebration of life on January 12, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, please contact Bill for more information.

Deborah Ann Thomas will be forever remembered as a loving daughter, devoted mother, proud grandmother, and wonderful sister.Her infectious laughter and kind heart touched the lives of many. May her memories bring comfort to those who mourn her loss.
