Dennis Paul Humphreys

Dennis Paul Humphreys, age 74, born on January 7, 1949, passed away on September 25, 2023. Dennis was born in Cincinnati, OH to George Humphreys and Berta Humphreys. Dennis was a kind-hearted and devoted husband to his loving wife, Peggy Humphreys. Together, they shared countless cherished memories and a bond that will forever endure.

Dennis is survived by His wife Peggy Humphreys, Daughter Rachel Humphreys, son Dennis George Humphreys, stepsons Jason Conley, Christopher Conley, Stepdaughter Virginia Lerios, sisters Elizabeth Adams, Pamela (Thomas) Dolan, grandchildren Chase and Houston Glass, great grandchildren Grayson and Nora Lee Glass, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents George and Berta Humphreys, Infant son Dennis Paul Humphreys Jr., Brother Keith William, and half-brothers Malcomb and Kenneth.

Dennis had a variety of interests and hobbies. He enjoyed spending time with his family, engaging in activities such as playing bingo and playing video games on his PlayStation and computer. He had a particular fondness for classic and western movies, finding joy and relaxation through their storytelling. His playful nature also shone through as he delighted in playing tricks and jokes on his loved ones. And nothing brought a smile to his face quite like enjoying a refreshing Coca-Cola.

During this difficult time, let us remember Dennis for the love, laughter, and warmth he brought into our lives, may his memory live on in our hearts forever.

Services for Dennis Humphreys will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Arlington Memorial Gardens with Don Stowell officiating at Arlington Memorial Gardens. Once on the grounds of the memorial park, follow the BLUE line to the funeral home.
