Edwin Heitman

Edwin Heitman, age 88, passed away on August 10, 2023. 

Edwin was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Harry and Catherine Heitman (nee Baudenointel). 

Edwin is survived by his children, Thomas Heitman, Denise (John) Oakley, Nancy McKenney, Catherine (Larry) Sackett, Tracy (John) Sexton-Schatzel and Edwin (Tammy) Heitman, Jr., his siblings, Marilyn Garrett, and Carol Boer. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Fern Heitman, his brothers, Carl Heitman and Clarence Heitman. 

Ed loved fishing and golfing. He loved planting his flowers and growing a garden. Ed was a mechanic at Hardert’s Garage before moving to Florida with Fern. He was a good father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend to many.

A private memorial service will be held for Mr. Edwin Heitman at a later time.
