Evelyn Stedtefeld (nee Falquet) died peacefully in her sleep, surrounded by family, on December 6, 2025, at the age of 102. She was the loving mother of Mark (Peggy) Stedtefeld, proud grandmother of Rebecca (Sam) Lieberman and Ellen (Dan Brunner) Stedtefeld and an enthusiastic great-grandmother to Gus and Felix Lieberman and James and Wesley Brunner. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 70 years, Ralph Stedtefeld and her sister Marion (Joe) Wuebbling.

During WWII, Evelyn proudly served the war effort by working alongside her mother at Cincinnati’s Aluminum Industries Inc. She was an active member of Westwood 1st Presbyterian. Evelyn had many hobbies, but her favorite was painting and her paintings hung on nearly every wall of her home. In her later years, she took great pleasure in being surrounded by art created for her by her great-grandchildren.
