Frank Adam Brown

April 1, 1942 – march 20, 2025

Frank Adam Brown

Frank Adam Brown, a devoted father, beloved grandfather, and cherished friend, slipped away peacefully on March 20, 2025, at the age of 82. Born on April 1, 1942, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Frank embraced life with a warmth that brought joy to those around him.

Frank was not just a remarkable accountant; he was also a US Army veteran who served his country with honor. His greatest pride, however, was undoubtedly his family. He is survived by his adoring daughters, Amy (Savalas) Kidd and Kim (Ray) Nerswick, and his son, Tim (Lisa) Brown. Frank found immense joy in being a grandpa to Sarah, Mary, Leo, Paul, Madeline, Maya, Brayden, Miranda, and Riley—each of whom brought a twinkle to his eye.

Frank was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years Georgia Brown and his parents, Frank and Catherine Brown.

Frank had a zest for life and cherished the time spent with his loved ones. Whether it was hitting the golf course, bowling with friends, or enjoying a thrilling mystery movie or reading a historical novel, Frank infused his pursuits with enthusiasm and joy. He knew how to make every moment count and cherished the laughter that filled the rooms of his home.

A private celebration of Frank’s life will take place later.

Frank Adam Brown—a great dad and grandpa—will be missed but never forgotten.

“Amy, Kim and Tim and families, I was so sorry to hear from Donna Ellis at the Creative Planning office that your Dad had passed. This is such an accurate and well written obituary. He always spoke so proudly about every one of his children and grandchildren whenever we talked. He would go right down the list and give us a nicely summarized update. And I know you all pitched in to help take care of him after your Mom passed. They are reunited again. Kathy Blain and I had a nice lunch with him at Outback before I retired. For a skinny guy, he ordered the Bloomin’ Onion appetizer, a full steak and dessert, too! I couldn’t let him eat dessert alone, of course! He was a real gem and a delightful person to know and visit. God bless his soul and all of you. Bruce Berno”
