It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Frieda Dolfinger, 92, who left us on December 19, 2025. Born on February 5, 1933, in Russell Springs, KY, Frieda was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who touched the lives of everyone around her with her warmth and kindness.
She leaves behind her son-in-law Larry Whitt; her two grandsons, Chris and Jason Whitt She was a beloved great-grandmother to Sara, Tyler, Jacob and Charlie Whitt. She was preceded by her husband, William Dolfinger, daughter, Vicki Whitt, and her parents, Sylvester and Sally Thornton.
Per Frieda’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A graveside service will take place on Monday, January 12th, 2026 at 2:30pm at the Arlington Memorial Gardens, 2145 Compton Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231. Family and friends will meet at the Family Gathering Area in the cemetery at 2:15pm.
