A DEATH
HAS OCCURRED
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Harry “Bo” Reiff Jr., who entered into rest on October 23, 2025, at the age of 82. Born on August 1, 1943, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Harry dedicated his life to his family and his passion for contracting, successfully owning and operating Reiff and Sons Contractors for nearly 50 years. His commitment to his work was matched only by his love for his family, whom he cherished deeply.
Harry was a man of many interests. He found joy in the open road, a motorcycle enthusiast who relished the thrill of riding across the country. A lover of classic cars, he spent countless hours restoring and appreciating vintage automobiles. His adventurous spirit often led him on travel cruises, where he created lasting memories with Carolyn, his beloved wife of many years.
He is survived by his loving spouse, Carolyn Reiff; his sons Scott (Sandra), Brian (Karen), and Rick (Kathie) Smith; his daughter, Toni Smith; his daughter-in-law, Melinda Rehkamp; his sister, Elva Reed; his brother, Randy (Debbie) Collette; and a legacy that includes 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Family was everything to Harry, and he took immense pride in nurturing these relationships.
Harry was preceded in death by his parents, Harry Reiff Sr. and Shirley Reiff-Collette, brother, Ray Reiff, and son, Kenneth Reiff.
As we reflect on Harry’s life, we are reminded of his unwavering spirit, his love for adventure, and the warmth he brought into our lives. He will be deeply missed, but his legacy will live on in the hearts of everyone he touched.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Harry can be made to the National Kidney Foundation at https://www.support.kidney.org.
