A DEATH
HAS OCCURRED
Mr. Harry Joseph Piepmeyer, age 84, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2022 in his home in Tarpon Springs, Fl. He is preceded in death by his parents Harry and Irene (Smith) Piepmeyer, and his sons Randall Joseph Piepmeyer and William James Piepmeyer. He is also preceded in death by his brother-in-law Bill Baum and Sister-in-law Sharon Piepmeyer.
Harry was born and raised in the Cincinnati area where he met and married his wife Martha (Goodman) Piepmeyer from Norwood, Ohio. They were introduced on a blind date and married 4 months later in Pleasant Ridge, Ohio on December 24th, 1969. They shared many joys and sorrows during that 52 years and also grew into the two best friends anyone could have.
He is also is survived by four precious children: Kristine Connors (Jim), Cathy Schallick (Mike), Harry Linville Piepmeyer (Connie), Becky Piepmeyer (Mike) and our grandchildren: Tori Lue(Jordan), Alli Hoelscher, Devon Smith, Garrett Smith(Lauren), Cameron Smith(Sarah), Stephanie McCardle (Kristopher), Harry Piepmeyer(Sara), Regan Blankenship(Nathan), Miranda Blankenship, Savanah Miller, . He also leaves behind 7 Step Grandchildren and 9 adorable Great Grandchildren.
He worked at Ford Motor Company for 31 years to provide for all of us and he did that well.
He was a man filled with love for his family and devotion to his friends and had a heart that saw no real wrong in people. He had a deep love relationship with Jesus and is with him now. God broke the mold after making him.
Visitation will be held Friday, October 28, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, when the services begin at The Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 2155 Compton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
