Henry A. Depew, in his 94th year, went  home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 13, 2024. Mr. Depew honorably served his country in the US Army from 1951-1957 and was retired as a Security Officer for Brinks Armored Car and Western Southern Life. Beloved husband of the late Ollie (nee King) Depew and the late Evelyn Watts. Dear father of Randy (Janice) Depew, Jacqueline (Jeffrey) Greer and Kenneth Depew. Loving grandfather of Christopher Depew, Kevin (Erin) Depew, Sarah (Dustin Aipperspach) Depew, Jonathan Sillett, Amy (Jason) Henderson, Matthew (Sandy) Greer, Zachary Greer, Brennen (Kara) McGuire, Kristen Orme, Seth (Carly) McGuire, Spencer (Chloe) McGuire and great grandfather of Terra Greer, Grady Henderson, Amelia Henderson, Kinsley Orme, Levi, June, Milo, Jaxon, Liam and Lincoln McGuire. Devoted brother of the late Bessie Collett, Mossie Woods, Mae Casteel, Sarah Chumley, Dorothy Chumley, Thomas, Jr., Arthur, Perry, Fred and Freeman Depew. Visitation will be held at Friendship Baptist Church, 8580 Cheviot Road, Cincinnati, OH, 45251, on Friday, October 18 from 9 AM until time of funeral service at 11 AM. Graveside services with Military Honors will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens in Mt. Healthy. The family would like to thank Hospice of Hamilton for their compassionate care and the love and support from the ministerial staff at Friendship Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation at www.t2t.org or Friendship Baptist Church, where Henry was a devoted member for many years.
