Jeanette E. Sansone, a devoted mother and wife from Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on November 10, 2024, at the age of 81. She is survived by her children Tonette (Eugene), Sherri (Chris), Anthony (Jodi), Regina, Rico (Cathy), Michael (Gina), and Jennifer, as well as her cherished brothers David, Dennis, Danny, and Jimmy. Jeanette found joy in her grandchildren, Samantha, Amanda, Jacob, Lucy, Leon, Tia, Rachel, Christopher, Alyssa, Rico, Mike, Tyler, Carter, and Lyla, her great grandchildren, Charlee, Frankie, Kingston, Jersey, London, Ryker, and James and sharing special moments with her late husband.
Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents, George and Francis Hicks, her sisters, Ginny and Pat and her loving husband, Anthony Sansone.
Known for her love of bingo, lottery tickets, and casinos, Jeanette adored spending time with her family. In her younger days, she enjoyed dancing and listening to music with her sisters. Her fondness for the Hallmark channel and Southern gospel music, brought her comfort and joy.
Despite life’s challenges, Jeanette remained sociable and never failed to make a friend wherever she went. Her pride and joy were her children and grandchildren, and she cherished every moment spent with them. She enjoyed occasional outings, “waving to neighbors during rides to the hospital,” and traveling with her husband to nearby destinations.
A funeral service to honor Jeanette’s life will be held at the Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Friday, November 15, 2024, with visitation at 10:00 am. A service at 11:30 am, followed by a burial in the Garden of Sermon on the Mount. Jeanette’s kind spirit and warm presence will be deeply missed by all those who knew her. Her love for her family and her zest for life will forever be remembered and cherished. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the love of her family and friends.
