A DEATH
HAS OCCURRED
Julieta Pamela Ruiz Matthews entered the world sleeping on May 27th, 2026, at 5:21 a.m., at 21 weeks and 3 days gestation. Though her time here was far too short, she was deeply loved every single moment of her life.
Julieta was the beloved daughter of Ashley Rosales and Efrain Ruiz. From the very beginning, she was a fighter. Despite many medical complications throughout the pregnancy, Julieta continued to grow and show her incredible strength each day. Her parents loved her unconditionally and spent every day hoping and praying for more time with their precious baby girl.
Julieta passed away due to complications, only a few days before viability. Although her tiny life lasted only a short time, the love she created will last forever.
She is survived by her loving parents, grandparents, great grandparents, aunts and uncles, other family members, and many friends who were already eagerly awaiting her arrival and loved her deeply before they even got the chance to meet her.
Julieta was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Pamela Matthews, whom she was lovingly named after; her cousin, Jaxson Matthews; her uncle, Jack Matthews; and her great-uncle, Mike Lipp and many other beloved family members.
Julieta will be laid to rest surrounded by family. Though her parents’ hearts are broken, they will forever cherish the time they carried, loved, and held their beautiful daughter.
“Some people only dream of angels. We held one in our arms.”
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever Julieta.
