Kathleen “Kitty” Branscum

Kathleen “Kitty” Branscum, 80, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2022. She was born on November 3, 1942, to the late Elmer Day and the late Blanche Rub Day in Cincinnati, Ohio. Kitty retired from University of Cincinnati where she was an administrator in International Student Housing. Kitty enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was well known for her love of bingo and playing the slot machines. She took frequent trips to Las Vegas with her late husband, Alex, and late sister Judy.

Preceding Kitty in death was her husband, Alex Branscum, and siblings, Cheryl Edwards, Judith Day, Patricia Kidd, and Michael Day.

Kitty is survived by siblings James Day (Dee), Dennis Day (Maria), Beverly Cartmell (Gary) Linda Meier (David), Kevin Richard Day, Kenneth Day, and stepsiblings Gary Thomas Stith (Angie), Mary Jane Dunn (Tim), and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family members.
