Kenneth Ray Shepard Jr.

Mr. Kenneth Ray Shepard Jr., age 87, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2022.

Kenneth was born in Beloit, WI to Kenneth and Wilma Shepard. Kenneth married Shirley Curd of Bridgetown, Ohio August 20, 1955. He served his country as part of the United States Army during the Cold War. Kenneth worked for Kroger as a store manager retiring in August of 1998, after 47 years. He then worked for Glenway Chevrolet as the courtesy driver and later Enterprise Rentals for 10 years.

Kenneth is survived by his wife of 67 years, Shirley Shepard, children, Tim Shepard, Linda (Rick) Guilfoyle, Jeff (Anna Young) Shepard, grandchildren, Jason Shepard, Zach (Kara) Shepard, Cori (Jason) McGlothlin, Brittany (Doug) Vetter, Ryan (Sara) Guilfoyle, Megan Shepard, great-grandchildren, Amelia, Khloe, Peyton, Isabella, Micah, Violet, loving nephew, Rick (Susan) Carlson and many extended relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Mike Shepard, grandson, Josh Shepard, daughter-in-law Lynn Shepard and in-laws, Ed and Mabel Curd.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 20, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM when the services will begin, at The Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 2155 Compton Road, 45231. Once on the grounds of the memorial park, follow the BLUE line to the funeral home.

Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
