Leonard R. Kees

Leonard Kees, age 98, passed away on November 20, 2023. Len was born in Cincinnati, OH to Alma and Edward Kees. He proudly served in the US Marine Corps during WW II.

Len is survived by wife Meg; daughter Marsha (Tim) Wirtz; son Michael (Lindsey) Rauss; sister Dorothy (Deke) Boyd; sister Janet Preston; daughter-in law Kathy Kees; former daughter-in-law Jennette Rauss; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by parents Edward and Alma Kees; his first wife Beulah Kees; and son Mark Kees.

Public Viewing will be held Thursday, November 30th, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 2155 Compton Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231. Once on the grounds of the memorial park, follow the BLUE line back to the funeral home.

A private burial for immediate family members will follow later at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
