Lois Marie Whited

Mrs. Lois Marie Whited, age 77, passed away on January 16, 2024.

Lois was born in Cincinnati, OH to Lazar Kostoff and Evelyn Greene.

LLois married James Whited of Louden, WV on January 29, 1964, husband of 60 years and he preceded her in death in 2020. She was also preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Lou Kostoff Jr and Angie Work.

Lois was a loving mother, who had a strong relationship with Christ. She loved to care for God’s creatures, enjoyed gardening, and quilting. She was our family historian and she remembered everything! She volunteered for the Colerain Police Department, and participated in neighborhood patrols. She drove school busses for over 22 years which began in Reading, Ohio and included Osceola, Florida.

She will be missed more than words can express.

Lois is survived by her children, James (Kimberly) Whited Jr., Ralph Whited, David Whited, grandchildren, Christina Kennedy, Cameron (Stephanie) Whited, Danielle Whited, great-grandchildren, Rodney Kennedy III, Rebecca Kennedy, Katherine Kennedy, Lucas Kennedy, Anastasia Whited, Samantha Kennedy, nieces, Tammy Wagner and Joy (John Butler) Whited, and many extended relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 9th, 2024, with visitation starting at 5:00 PM and going until 7:00 PM, when the memorial services will begin, at the World Faith Harvest Fellowship Church, 10456 Pippin Road, 45231.
