“Though I only had occasion to meet Mike once or twice, I remember vividly is warm heart, kind smile, and love of the outdoors. I am so glad to have crossed his path and even more grateful for the friendship of his amazing daughter, Natalie, who inherited so much of his generous spirit. My prayers are with you all during this period of loss, grief, and mourning. May memories bring you comfort and may his legacy take root, grow, and flourish in your love and deeds moving forward. He is with you in your hearts and minds, and will be always.”

“It is with great sadness that I write this memorial for Mike Fath, a wonderful colleague and friend. Mike was an incredibly dependable and reliable person to work with, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that everything was done to the highest standard. His positive attitude and cheerful personality made him a joy to be around, and he had a great but different sense of humor that never failed to brighten up our days. Mike was also an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled professional who taught me a great deal during our time working together. He was always willing to share his knowledge and experience with others. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with him and learn from him. – Rest in peace, friend.”
