Michael Joseph Reddy

Michael Joseph Reddy, a loving son, brother, and cherished friend, passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 66. Born on August 15, 1957, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Michael brought joy and laughter to everyone he knew.

Michael led a life full of compassion and kindness, always putting others before himself. He met his everyday challenges with determination and joy. He was admired for his strong work ethic and his congenial nature.

Michael had a passion for sports and enjoyed various activities. Golfing and bowling were among his favorite pastimes, allowing him to bond with friends over friendly competitions. He was also a Special Olympian who excelled in bowling and swimming, showcasing his determined spirit and love of sports. In the community, Michael participated in the LaSalle Alumni Softball League, Fairfield Green Golf Leagues, Colerain Bowling League, and the YMCA for many years, forging lasting connections and creating cherished memories.

Sports went beyond just participation for Michael; he had a genuine love for them. His enthusiasm extended to watching motor sports, always appreciating the thrill and excitement they brought.

Known for his generosity, Michael was always there to support those in need, extending his kindness to both humans and animals. He had a soft spot for cats and enjoyed their companionship.

Michael was a brother in every sense of the word. His keen sense of humor and spirited presence brought joy and laughter to every gathering. He had a remarkable ability to bring a smile to anyone’s face, making him a beloved friend to many.

Family and countless friends meant the world to Michael. He treasured the bond he shared with his brothers, sister and sisters-in-law, Patrick, Tim (Yvonne), Donna, Tom (Chee) and Chris (Amy), as well as his nieces, nephews, and cousins. His ability to make new friends never stopped. They were all constants in his life, offering unconditional love and support.

A Life Celebration service to celebrate Michael’s life will be held at the Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Saturday, December 2, 2023. Visitation 10:15 AM – 11:30 AM. Memorial Service 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM. Burial will be private.

In honor of Michael, the family kindly requests any donations be made to a charity that supports individuals with disabilities or animal welfare, causes close to his heart.

Michael Joseph Reddy will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. May his memory be forever cherished, and his spirit live on in the hearts of those he touched.
