Mildred Irene Lipps, age 92 years, passed away at Mercy Hospital West on Saturday, September 23, 2023. Mrs. Lipps was retired after many years with the Clovernook Health Care Center in North College Hill. Beloved wife of the late Henry Gilbert Lipps, Sr. Dear mother of Andy (Donna) Lipps, Henry G. Lipps, Jr. and the late Ann Rains. Loving grandmother of Jenna Lipps and “G-Ma” to many others. Survived by many dear extended family members and friends. Mildred loved and dearly missed her dogs, Shadow and Buddy.  

Visitation will be held at Neidhard Young Funeral Home, 7401 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy on Thursday, September 28 from 5-7 PM. Funeral services will be held on Friday September 29 at 11 AM. Memorials may be directed to the Hamilton County S.P.C.A.
