Born on April 22, 1940, in Buchanan County, Virginia, Norma was the beloved daughter of the late Burley and Margie (nee Cooper) Cantrell.

Also survived by many step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
Norma was the dear sister of Vivianne Blankenship, Deborah Price, and the late Ronald Cantrell, Hurdle Cantrell, and Sharon Brown.
Norma faithfully served her church through Vacation Bible School and Sunday School. She found great joy in caring for others and expressed her love through sewing, knitting special gifts for her grandchildren, cooking delicious meals for family and friends, and spending peaceful hours birdwatching. Her warm heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering love for her family will be treasured and remembered by all who knew her.
