Pauline (Tabar) Provenzano, 99, passed away Sunday May 3, 2026, at Story Point Assisted Living in Tipp City, Ohio. She was born January 5, 1927, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of John and Elsie (Beck) Tabar.
Pauline found fulfillment in her work with the State of Ohio, where she served her community with dedication. She cherished her family above all else, where she was a devoted mother and grandmother. Survivors include her son Ryan Paul Provenzano and daughter Janice Provenzano Case, who will carry forth her memory and spirit in their hearts forever; four grandchildren, Paul Jackson, Lisa Coy, Jessica Nussbaum, and David Case; seven great-grandchildren, Laurel Jackson, Brook Jackson, Sullivan Coy, Stella Coy, Czaire Nussbaum, Benjamin Nussbaum, and Lydia Nussbaum.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul Edward Provenzano and brother, Carl Tabar.
