Phillip Lee Smith Sr., a compassionate and hardworking man, peacefully passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 85 in Reading, Ohio. Born on February 16, 1938, in Covington, Kentucky, he was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and a cherished member of his community.

“Grandpa, I love you and thank you for some of my favorite childhood memories. I remember your smile as you let me play with your trains. I remember how you gave me my little engineer hat and would smile at me as I pretended little train people had to go shopping. I love you.”
