Phyllis Jean Hafer (nee Orr), 97, Jan. 10, 2025, College Hill. Beloved wife of the late Hans Hafer, devoted mother of Keith (the late Debra) & the late Sandy & Craig (Paula) Hafer, beloved daughter of the late Reith (nee McGuirk) & Theodore Orr, dear sister of Ruth Cacacia, Donna Bostock, Theodore & the late Mary Lou Hafer & Barbara Mardis, loving grandmother of 7 & gr. grandmother of 17. Also survived by nieces & nephews. Jean was a public school educator & a longtime member of the Westwood United Methodist Church & Marvin Chapter of the Eastern Star (formerly Westwood Chapter). She was known as being devoted to her family, her church, her profession & her community. Visitation Tues., Jan. 21, 10 AM until time of service at 11 AM at Wilson Chapel of Twin Towers, 5343 Hamilton Ave., Cincinnati 45224 (enter at Connection Center or Towers entrance).
