Beloved husband of Shirley Kegley (nee Wendel). Loving father of Terrie (Chris) Noe Karen (Ken) Behne. Cherished grandfather of Michelle (Nolan) Davis, Andrew (Andrea) Noe, Tiffany (Bryan) Kline and Kristina (Ben) Harrison. Adored great grandfather of Connor Davis, Isabella Davis, Liliana Noe, Brielle Noe, Owen Davis, Aubrey Kline, Avery Kline, Landon Harrison and Kaylee Harrison. Also survived by many more extended family and friends.

Passed away Monday, January 15th. Age 98 years.

Family and friends are invited to a Visitation on Monday, January 22, 2024 from 11:00 am until time of the Funeral Service at 12:30 pm. All services will be held at Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home (2880 Boudinot Ave.)
