Robert E. Derby, 85, of Ft. Thomas, passed away on January 21, 2023 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. Robert was a retired Production Specialist with the Monsanto Company in Addyston, OH. He was a United States Navy Veteran. Robert loved animals, he enjoyed fishing, gardening and playing video games. Robert was preceded in death by his wife Donna Fay Derby, and a sister, Carolyn Braunstein. Robert is survived by his wife Barbara Walkenhorst Derby, sons Robert E. (Tracy) Derby Jr. and Randall E.(Shana) Derby, grandchildren Ashley Derby, Brandon (Taylor) Derby, Ryan E.(Chloe McAdams) Derby and Lauren (Daniel) Diez and one great grandchild Liam Diez.

Visitation will be from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm, Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Christ Church United Church of Christ in Ft. Thomas. Funeral Ceremony will follow at 12:00 pm Saturday at the Christ Church. Burial will take place in the Arlington Memorial Gardens in Cincinnati, OH.
