Mr. Rodney “Boe” Phelps, age 62, passed away on February 16, 2023.
Boe was born in Cincinnati, OH to Rodney Phelps and Vivian Jones (nee Cole).
Boe is survived by his children, Christopher (Emily) Phelps, Katelyn (Daniel) Welling, grandchildren, Grace, Lillian, Claire, Sloane, Fiance, Robin Clark, step-son, Jon Harris, Jessie, step-grandchildren, Tyler, Mason, Grace, Aiden, Jaxon, brother, Scott (Cladys) Phelps, nephew, Ryan Phelps, aunt Charlotte Woods, his beloved dogs, Bubby and Luna and many extended relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, step-father Glenn Jones.
Boe was passionate about Native American culture, woodworking, drawing, riding his Harley, and spending time with his friends and family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 25th, 2023, from 10:00 AM until the memorial services begin at 11:00 AM, at the Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 2155 Compton Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
