“Shawn, my dear cousin. I will forever miss you. I know time and life had us all grow apart over the years but the love we all share as family (no matter how big) runs deeper than anyone knew. Anytime we ran into one another you always told me how proud you were and how happy you were for me. I would share the same sentiment with you and you’d always give me a huge hug and tell me you loved me. Goodbye is not forever and it is not the end, it’s simply means I’ll miss you, until we meet again.”

“Continued prayers for all who knew and loved Shawn, and still do. May he rest in peace and celebrate in the light of Christ, and may his true presence be felt in every memory.”

“I’m truly sorry to hear about your loss. Here are some kind words you can use to remember and honor your friend or brother: “Though we may no longer walk together, your spirit will forever light the path in my heart. Your laughter, kindness, and courage continue to inspire all of us. You were not just a friend/brother, but a guiding star, and I am grateful for every moment we shared. May you find peace, and may your memory live on in the stories we tell and the love we carry forward. You will always be missed, but never forgotten. “I worked with Shawn for a relatively short amount of time but learned so much. He was always eager and willing to share his knowledge and lend a hand. His passing will be strongly felt, especially on Thursday mornings when we gathered in the parking lot to count inventory.”

“I am saddened by Shawn’s passing. I so enjoyed being his teacher in high school – especially with Chad in the same class one year! I also taught Angel. My heart is broken. The Hendricks are one of many families that have made an impact on my life and I will keep all of you in my prayers in your time of sorrow. I pray that God brings peace and comfort to all of you. Sending love and prayers”
