Sydney “Syd” (Offutt), 73, of Elm Grove, Wheeling, WV, formerly of Cincinnati, OH., died in her home early March 17, 2015. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 22, 2015, from 3:30 p.m. to the time of funeral service at 7:30 p.m., at Kepner Funeral Home, 900 National Road, Wheeling, WV, with the Rev. Judy Fisher, of Christ United Methodist Church, presiding. Interment will be scheduled at a later date in Mt. Healthy, Ohio.
