Synthia L. Kemme passed on March 17, 2023 at the age of 62 after a sudden terminal cancer diagnosis. She was born on June 9, 1960 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of Karen Kemme-Gindele.

She worked for years as a paramedic helping save others loved ones. She also volunteered at homeless shelters and churches, spreading clothes that were made by her own hands to keep the less fortunate warm during the struggling part of their own lives. While she was a paramedic, she was injured badly and was unable to continue to do what she loved to do. She lived to serve others and until the last day of her life, she gave all the love she had to give.

She is survived by her mother Karen Kemme-Gindele; by her siblings, Cathy Hornsby, Steve Kemme, Missy Moore, Brian Kemme, Michelle Xander and Molly Snyder; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Spring Grove Funeral Home Reading, 8633 Reading Road, Cincinnati 45215. A funeral gathering will be held on Monday, March 27 at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow services at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
