Thomas Archie Mabry, age 77, died of natural causes on April 17, 2024. He was born on January 29, 1947 in Lawrenceburg, TN to DeLona Mabry and Frederick R. Mabry. He is survived by his brother Fred Mabry (Jean Mabry), his nephew Mark McCracken (Jenny McCracken), his niece Emily Westmoreland (Patrick Westmoreland), and niece Stephanie McCabe (Billy McCabe). He is preceded in death by his sister (Judy Kay McCracken (nee Mabry) and both of his parents.

He serviced in the United States Army from February of 1968 to April of 1970 which included 25 months in Vietnam as a large equipment operator building air strips and bases. 
He was employed for many years at Quality Towing and Equipment Moving where he was their lead mechanic and equipment operator. Butch was known in the industry as the “go too guy” for major truck and trailer repair. 

A visitation will be held on April 25, 2024 at Paul R. Young Funeral Home (Mt Healthy) from 10 – 11am. Funeral service to immediately follow at 11am.
