Timothy D. Schmurr

Mr. Timothy Schmurr, age 74, passed away on October 14, 2022.

Tim was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Carl and Gertrude Schmurr on November 8, 1947.

Tim is survived by his sister Barbara Bendermen. Nieces and nephews; George Jr, Paul, Barry Day, Debbie, David, Tom Benderman, and Carl Schmurr and Lisa Knorr, also survived by many great nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Tim cherished his family. Tim and his brother Carl Jr. were best friends and they enjoyed spending time together. Tim adored spending time with his nieces and nephews; often taking them to Loveland Castle, taking them hiking, taking them to sporting events in Cincinnati. Tim also enjoyed hosting backyard fireworks every 4th of July and New Years Eve. He was also enjoyed the Cincinnati famous foods including Skyline Chili, UDF and Big Boys from Frishes.

Tim also loved animals, cats, and dogs but he enjoyed dogs the most. Dogs always seemed to find Tim, his dog King jumped into his International one day out of the blue with no tags, so Tim took him home and they became the best of friends. Tim would take King on long hikes and King was always by Tim’s side.
