Tim will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family as he was a devoted husband of Kelly Clifford for 44 years with whom he shared a deep and enduring love. Together, they created a home filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments. He was a loving father of Timothy (Chelsee) Clifford Jr., Lauren (Zac) Lay and Michelle (Cory) Loudenback. His role as a grandfather brought him immense joy, as he shared precious moments with Emma, Logan, Brendan, Addy, Lexi, Hailey, David, Maisee, and was eagerly awaiting the arrival of baby Charlotte in December. He was also the son-in-law of Lois (late Thomas Jr.) Anderson and brother-in-law of Vicki (Joe) Linahan and Tom (Michele) Anderson. Throughout his life, Tim cherished his family above all else. He found joy in preparing meals for his loved ones and creating lasting memories during trips to the beach and Disney. A passionate golfer and fisherman, he embraced the simple pleasures of life and found solace in the beauty of nature.
He was a proud graduate of Colerain High School in 1977 and Indiana University in 1981, Tim held dear his time with his IU teammates, especially those from the 1979 Holiday Championship Team, where his loyalty and passion extended to his coaches and teammates fostering lasting bonds.
