Tommy Lee Oaks Jr.

september 7, 1972 – may 3, 2026

Tommy Lee Oaks Jr.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tommy Lee Oaks Jr., who left us on May 3, 2026, at the age of 53. Born on September 7, 1972, in Cincinnati, OH, Tommy was a loving son, brother, father, and grandfather who embraced life with passion and joy.

Tommy was well-known in the logistics sector of the healthcare industry, where he utilized his exceptional mechanical skills at Advantage Respiratory. His dedication to his work was matched only by his devotion to his family. He is survived by his cherished sisters Angel (Ben) Schlotthauer and Melissa (Chad) Buchert, his beloved children Nolan (Eryn) Bolton and Danielle (Israel Duarte) Bolton, his adored grandchildren Gavin Bolton and Gabriel Sanchez, as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, Tommy and Penny Oaks.

A true outdoorsman, Tommy found great joy in camping, fishing, and hunting—where he could immerse himself in nature and create vibrant memories with those he loved. He had a playful spirit and was fond of Coca Cola and Monster Energy drinks, often sharing laughs with family and friends over a can. Tommy was a proud papa who delighted in his grandchildren, lovingly known as “Papa Tom,” always ready for an adventure or just to share a quiet moment under the stars.

As we celebrate his life, the family invites all who knew and loved Tommy to join us for his services. A visitation will be held at Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 2155 Compton Road, 45231 (follow the blue line upon entering the memorial park) on Monday, May 11, 2026, beginning at 12:30 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:30 PM, leading into a graveside service at Arlington Memorial Gardens at 2:30 PM in the Garden of Trees.

In lieu of flowers, please consider honoring Tommy’s memory by spending time with loved ones or sharing a simple moment in nature—just as he would have wanted. Tommy’s spirit will live on through the moments shared and the memories created by those who knew him.

“Very sad to hear about Tommy. So many good memories, especially growing up. He’d loved going to the woods. My prayers are with all of his family members. He will be sorely missed.”
